Domestic Shipping Policy

Order processing time

You will receive a digital proof of your design via email within 2 business days of receipt. Once your design is approved via email, your order will be printed. Printing and production typically take 2-3 business days. Please note that design does not begin until all details of your order are received.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, printing and production may be delayed. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We are happy to offer free shipping for orders within the continental United States. 

Shipping services are as follows: 

  • Orders $50 and under will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail (1-5 business days)

  • Orders $51 and over will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) or UPS Ground (1-5 business days)

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Soirée All Day Co. ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Soirée All Day Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

Soirée All Day Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the continental US.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the shipping carrier. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Soirée All Day Co. will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please first check with your neighbors, in inconspicuous areas around your residency or with a building manager. After you have checked thoroughly, please reach out to us by emailing us at hello@soireeallday.co and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

Please understand that once your package leaves the printing facility, you are at the mercy of the shipping carrier. We are happy to help you in any way that we can by reaching out to find out more information about delays, but can only provide as much information as we are given by the shipping carrier. We appreciate your understanding of possible delays.
